Can you provide insurance details and RAMS?
Yes. I hold £2 million public liability insurance and can send a copy of the certificate before work starts. Risk assessments and method statements are available on request.
How quickly can you turn around a rental property?
A typical between-tenancy refresh of a two or three-bedroom property depending on condition can take between 1-2 weeks. Tell me your deadline and I'll confirm whether I can meet it before you book.
Do you work directly with letting agents?
Yes. I can collect keys, arrange access with tenants or the agent, and send completion photos so you don't need to visit the property.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Regular landlords and businesses can book repeat work, and I'll keep a record of colours and products used at each property so everything matches.
