Refresh
For sound surfaces that just look tired
Ideal when:walls and woodwork are in good condition and you're keeping a similar colour.
Furniture moved and floors protected
Minor filling of small marks and nail holes
Light sand and clean, woodwork keyed for new paint
Usually two coats on walls and ceilings
One or two coats on woodwork
Result: clean, fresh and quick to turn around.
Full redecoration
For a finish that looks and lasts like new
Ideal when:you're changing colour, surfaces are cracked or flaking, there's old wallpaper, or new plaster.
Everything in a refresh, plus:
Old wallpaper stripped, lining paper where needed
Cracks raked out and filled, sanded smooth
Failed paint removed, bare timber knotted and primed
Every joint caulked for crisp, clean lines
Mist coat on new plaster, extra coats for colour changes
Undercoat and top coat on all woodwork
Result: smooth surfaces, sharp lines and a longer-lasting finish.
